I like to refer to "Ridin' for the Boss and the Brand" as Poetry-with-a-Purpose. In this case, I use my original poetry to emphasize my evangelistic observations about using the gifts we have been given by God and not just keeping them to ourselves. With Grace comes responsibility. Cowboys have a term that describes working your best for the outfit that pays their salary. It's Riding for the Boss and the Brand. My hope is that this book inspires Christians to do everything that's required to serve the One who has paid for their sins.
